Today, I’m excited to announce that Boston Teawrights will work with Boston’s own Bread & Salt Hospitality on their upcoming restaurant & cafe in Somerville’s Union Square – Juliet. While Teawrights is just one small component in their project, it’s huge for us!

I will work with Chef Lewin & Kate as they create their own House Tea from scratch (a bespoke tea?). Teawrights will help train staff, supply the raw leaf, and help them share the story of their tea. I will do what I love!

Bread & Salt comes from the mind, hands & kitchen of Josh Lewin. Over a year ago he worked in the Beacon Hill Bistro. We met when he ran the Culinary Program at Boston’s Wink & Nod. Now he & partner Katrina Jazayeri will open a European-style restaurant & cafe in Union Square.

Of course, Teawrights will continue to sell raw tea leaves & teach customers the Art of Tea Craft. So if you’re inspired, be sure to visit our website and get started.
